Forró for Followers

This course is conducted monthly and is designed specifically for followers. In these workshops, we delve into a variety of subjects including balance, posture, turn techniques, body isolations, and follower stylings, among others. We provide a secure and supportive environment exclusively for followers, fostering open discussions and the exchange of ideas. Participants who have completed the Forró basic course and are comfortable with the fundamentals are encouraged to join this workshop.
